2006 Calendar is Ready and Merry Christmas!
Finally, finally.... the 2006
Writer's Calendar is ready. You can download and print
yours
HERE.
There's more free stuff for you at the bottom of this
page, too!
Wow! What a month. This newsletter originally had a
date of December 6th! We spent a week in training in
San Francisco (remind me to never leave during December
again).
It's a wonderful city, and we even took an all-afternoon
Segway ride. (You can see a picture HERE). Basically you control it by
leaning forward or leaning backward. It was a little
scary at first because there's no brake, but once you
get the hang of it, it's a blast. By the end of the
afternoon we felt like pros.
Then my mom ended up in the hospital this week with
heart problems again. She has a small blocked artery,
and the doctors are going to treat it with medicine....
and I am STILL wrapping presents..... you gotta love
holiday bags with tissue paper!
So we have lots to be thankful for this Christmas (it's
Merry Christmas in our house, but Happy Holidays to all
of you who celebrate another holiday)!
I know a lot of you are trying to get organized for the
new year... and next week I'll send you some more
ideas. For now, don't forget to print your calendar and
if you haven't gotten your copy of The Organized Writer
ebook, get one today (instant download, no shipping) HERE.

For freelance writers... How She
Writes and Stay At Home with Her Kids
Are you trying to figure out how you can stay at home (with your kids if
you have them) and be a writer?
One of my favorite writers is Lorrie Morgan-Ferrero. She is an amazing teacher
and writer.... and as a newly divorced single mother, Lorrie started her web
based business so she could work from home and pull her kids out of daycare.
Want to learn how she did it?
You can listen to her story at Web Sorority Talk Radio, a brand-new web site to
help you connect with successful women at
http://www.lynneklippel.com/radioshow/
(The guys can listen, too!) I'm not sure how long her interview will be
available so you might want to jump on this.
When I started OrganizedWriter.com, one of the most difficult parts for me was
trying to figure out how to describe my ebook so it was persuasive and made you
want to buy.
I have been drooling over Lorrie's award-winning workbook and home study course,
Red Hot Copy to Woo Your Target Market, for ages -- and I finally bought it a
few weeks ago!
It's exactly what I wanted to know, a simple, step-by-step system to teach you
how to write persuasively. I'll do a long review for you soon, but in case you
are as impressed with Lorrie as I am, check out Red Hot Copy to Woo Your Target
Market at Red-Hot-Copy.
Happy organizing! Julie

"Julie, I am sending a quick note to thank you for your well measured and extra-ordinary website. You have
a tremendous amount of information at a very reasonable cost. I subscribed to your free site and, for the
first time in forty years of writing, found a planner that works for me.
I felt so guilty for receiving so much information free from your
site that I have now ordered and downloaded the e book. I have found that you have struck a cord among so
many writers regarding procrastination and simple organization. Keep up the good work.
